Summary

This budgetary dossier is amending budget 4/2024, updating revenue (own resources) and adjusting some decentralised agencies. The amendments address downward-revised customs duties forecasts and lost own resources, GNI lump-sum reductions and rebates for beneficiary Member States, calls for new genuine own resources, the Flexibility Instrument, staffing and budgets of decentralised agencies including Eurojust, and the European Medicines Agency's former London headquarters sublease.
