Summary

The dossier is the 2023 discharge for the general budget of the EU - Commission. The amendments dwell on the Court of Auditors' adverse opinion and the error rate in MFF heading 2 'Cohesion, resilience and values', outstanding commitments, NextGenerationEU borrowing costs, the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and budget implementation for environment, climate action, public health and food safety, including climate mainstreaming and the 'do no significant harm' principle.
