Protection of the European Union’s financial interests – combating fraud – annual report 2023
This is the annual report on protection of the EU's financial interests and combating fraud for 2023. The amendments cite the rule of law conditionality mechanism and measures concerning Hungary, anti-money laundering regulations and the Recovery and Resilience Facility, and address fraud detection and reporting, the use of artificial intelligence by criminal networks, corruption scandals affecting the European Parliament and its Budgetary Control Committee, and the Parliament's discharge.
