Summary

An implementation report on the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). The amendments emphasise reforms and investments under recovery and resilience plans, strategic autonomy and supply chains, social and territorial cohesion, employment, skills and the digital transition, involvement of social partners and Parliament, audit, transparency and accountability, and reference the European Pillar of Social Rights, an ageing society and inflation.
