Social and employment aspects of restructuring processes: the need to protect jobs and workers’ rights
This resolution concerns the social and employment aspects of restructuring processes and the need to protect jobs and workers' rights. Amendments add citations to instruments such as the European Social Charter, the Just Transition Fund and the European Green Deal, and revise recitals on collective bargaining, trade union involvement, workers' information and consultation rights, European Works Councils, the green and digital transition, industrial competitiveness, and job retention.
Plenary votes
14 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
