Summary

This dossier is a report on public access to documents covering the years 2022-2024. The amendments invoke Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, CJEU and European Ombudsman findings of maladministration, the refusal to disclose text messages between the Commission President and Pfizer on vaccine negotiations, European Court of Auditors special report 11/2025 on transparency of EU funding granted to NGOs, artificial intelligence against disinformation, and the Commission's revised Rules of Procedure.
