## What the amendments focus on

Consultation dossier on a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing. The amendments address the outermost regions, the scope of the system covering IUU and associated activities, definitions of fishing vessels and regional fisheries management organisations, prohibitions on port access, landing and transhipment for listed third-country vessels, rules on tuna transhipment, force majeure, designated ports and prior notification by masters.
