## What the amendments focus on

This recast directive concerns industrial emissions and integrated pollution prevention and control. The amendments set thresholds and conditions determining which combustion plants and installations fall within scope, including rated thermal input, operating-hour limits and treatment of healthcare facilities and outermost regions. They also adjust emission limit values for pollutants such as NOx, SO2 and CO for plants using solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and gas turbines.
