## What the amendments focus on

A 2006 discharge decision on the EC general budget section for the Committee of the Regions. The amendments note that problems relating to a salary transfer which prompted OLAF to act in 2004 and to refer cases to the Belgian authorities have been overcome, and conclude that this should not affect the discharge process concerning the Committee of the Regions' 2006 budget management.
