## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on policy coherence for development and the effects of the EU's exploitation of certain biological natural resources on development in West Africa. Amendments address policy coherence and the Millennium Development Goals, links between EU fisheries and timber policies and development, tropical deforestation and greenhouse gas emissions, illegal timber and Voluntary Partnership Agreements under FLEGT, the decline of West African fish stocks linked to migration, and Economic Partnership Agreements.
