## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on women and science. The amendments highlight the underrepresentation of women in top academic grades and decision-making bodies, gender stereotypes in education and the natural sciences, the 'leaking pipeline', bias in evaluating excellence by number of publications, the impact of career breaks and mobility on women with family responsibilities, age limits for grants, and gender balance in evaluation panels.
