## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns reporting and documentation requirements for mergers and divisions of companies. The amendments let companies dispense with certain publications and availability of draft terms of merger or division at the registered office where these are made available on an internet site or central electronic platform before the general meeting. They also address expert reports, electronic copies, and cases where one company holds 90% or more of another's shares.
