## What the amendments focus on

A recast legislative file on energy-related products and the indication of their energy consumption. The amendments extend the scope from household appliances to energy-related products, debate inclusion of construction products given buildings' share of EU energy use, address the energy-labelling framework and implementing measures, the 20% energy-saving target by 2020, public procurement, state aid and burdens on SMEs.
