## What the amendments focus on

This dossier amends the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants concerning parliamentary assistants. The amendments define accredited parliamentary assistants who assist Members within the European Parliament's three places of work, and set out classification by grade, selection by the Member, the right of association, eligibility and qualification conditions, medical tests, and the fixed or unlimited duration of their contracts.
