## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns the rights of passengers in bus and coach transport and cooperation between national authorities. The amendments address exemptions for urban, suburban and regional services, passenger protection and assistance in the event of accidents including immediate practical and financial needs, the needs of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility in terminals and vehicles, information provision, and reimbursement, re-routing or care in case of cancellation or delay.
