## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal on a European rail network for competitive freight. Amendments address the design and selection of freight corridors consistent with the TEN-T and ERTMS, coordination between Member States and infrastructure managers, governance through executive and management boards, one-stop shops for international rail freight requests, infrastructure capacity and train paths, implementation plans, terminals as intermodal nodes, fees varying with quality and noise, and track-gauge barriers.
