## What the amendments focus on

The dossier is a report on space and security. The amendments debate exclusively non-military versus security and defence uses of space, the European Space Policy and European Space Agency, the Galileo and GMES programmes, space surveillance and situational awareness, satellite-based early warning against ballistic missiles, protection of space assets against jamming, space debris, the Outer Space Treaty and a Code of Conduct, and concern over anti-satellite weapons.
