# Building a global climate change alliance between the European Union and poor developing countries most vulnerable to climate change

## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on building a Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) between the EU and poor developing countries most vulnerable to climate change. Amendments present the GCCA as complementary to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol, link climate change to security threats and migration, and address the Clean Development Mechanism, energy efficiency, renewable energy and support for least-developed countries.
