## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative dossier on the EIB and EBRD annual reports for 2007. The amendments address the EIB's role in the economic recovery and financial crisis, support for SMEs through the European Investment Fund, lending inside and outside the EU, the external mandate, Public-Private Partnership projects, environmental and social standards, transparency and disclosure, EBRD investments and gender mainstreaming within both banks.
