## What the amendments focus on

Amendments criticise the ineffective enforcement of Regulation (EC) No 1206/2001 and the late submission of the Commission's report, note the limited availability and use of video-conferencing and modern communication technology, the exceeding of the 90-day time limit for executing requests, and link improvements to the European e-Justice strategy.
