## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns non-proliferation and the future of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT). The amendments address the three pillars of non-proliferation, disarmament and peaceful use of nuclear energy, the so-called '13 steps' and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty, an IAEA-controlled nuclear fuel bank, weapons of mass destruction and rogue states, and US-Russia arms reduction, citing figures such as Kissinger, Shultz, Perry, Nunn and President Obama.
