## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on new developments in public procurement. Amendments address the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) and WTO, market access and reciprocity for EU and third-country firms, the role of SMEs, green and selective public procurement, anti-corruption and human-rights provisions, and public-private partnerships and concessions, citing GATT/WTO and Directive 2004/17/EC.
