## What the amendments focus on

The dossier establishes European environmental economic accounts. Amendments address the role of the Commission (Eurostat), the human and financial resources needed, pilot studies by Member States, data transmission, quality and confidentiality, the link to the 'GDP and beyond' communication and alternative indicators, the development of new modules such as Environmental Protection, Biodiversity and Soil Accounts, transitional periods and derogations, and the use of delegated acts.
