## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal on conditions of entry and stay of third-country nationals for seasonal employment. Amendments invoke the Charter of Fundamental Rights and ILO conventions and recommendations on migrant workers, social security and equal treatment, set conditions and rights for seasonal workers, and reference the principle of EU preference for labour-market access and sectors such as agriculture and tourism that depend on the seasons.
