## What the amendments focus on

A proposal on supplementary supervision of financial entities in a financial conglomerate. Amendments address monitoring of group risks and group-wide capital in cross-border conglomerates, the role of the European Banking Authority, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority and the Joint Committee, definitions and thresholds for financial conglomerates, intra-group transactions, stress testing, mixed financial holding companies, and convergence of supervisory practices.
