## What the amendments focus on

Amendments note that the cod recovery plans under Council Regulation (EC) No 1342/2008 failed despite TAC reductions, replace dates from 2010 to 2013, and set technical specifications including mesh sizes and square-mesh panels, target-species catch retention, conditions for towed gear and inshore static nets, and add boar fish to a mesh-size range under Council Regulation (EC) No 850/98.
