## What the amendments focus on

A regulation laying down technical requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). The amendments set migration deadlines and end dates including for non-euro-area Member States, address migration of national credit transfers, direct debits and standing orders and from BBAN to IBAN, charges and refund rights, R-transactions, out-of-court redress, the European Payment Council, delegated acts under Article 290, and information campaigns.
