## What the amendments focus on

A consent dossier on amending Article 136 TFEU to allow a stability mechanism for Member States whose currency is the euro. The amendments add a paragraph empowering euro-area Member States to establish such a mechanism, debate participation of Member States whose currency is not the euro, the ordinary legislative procedure, audit, accountability and transparency arrangements, eurobonds, and structural and fiscal reforms.
