# Revision of the energy efficiency action plan

## What the amendments focus on

This report concerns the revision of the energy efficiency action plan. The amendments link energy efficiency to reducing CO2 emissions, jobs and lower energy imports; address the Ecodesign, Energy Services and Energy Performance of Buildings Directives, renewable energy sources, smart metering and grids, combined heat and power, transport and vehicle measures, public procurement, building renovation, training, and energy efficiency funds and financing from the Structural and Cohesion Funds.
