## What the amendments focus on

A report on the 2010 implementation of the cohesion policy programmes for 2007-2013. The amendments welcome the Commission's strategic report on programmes cofinanced by the Structural Funds, address the global economic crisis, the European Social Fund and European Regional Development Fund, the Europe 2020 strategy and poverty-reduction goals, reducing administrative costs and 'earmarking', and support for disadvantaged regions and marginalised populations including the Roma.
