# European urban agenda and its future in cohesion policy

## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report concerns the European urban agenda and its future in cohesion policy. The amendments stress the role of efficient, affordable and sustainable transport in urban regeneration, integrated urban mobility plans (covering walking, cycling, public transport and links to rural areas), TEN-T hubs and intermodality, accessible public transport for deprived neighbourhoods and people with reduced mobility, and the supporting role of cohesion policy and the Structural and Cohesion Funds.
