## What the amendments focus on

Discharge for the 2009 budget of the European Police College (CEPOL). Amendments address measures taken by the College's new management following serious budget irregularities, a procurement manual and officer, possible relocation or merger with Europol, carry-overs and cancelled appropriations, weaknesses in financial rules, the Financial Regulation, staff selection and recruitment irregularities, recovery of sums from the former Director, and transparency through publication of the detailed budget and contracts.
