## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report concerns an EU strategy on Roma inclusion. Amendments call on the Commission and Member States to use EU funds and programmes for the socio-economic inclusion of Roma in education, health, housing and employment, with attention to Roma women and girls; they raise data collection, monitoring of fund absorption, school attendance, the Structural Funds and anti-segregation, and the involvement of local authorities and Roma representatives.
