## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on the single market for Europeans. Amendments address services of general economic interest within universal access and affordability, worker mobility, corporate governance, access to capital for SMEs, taxation including a common consolidated corporate tax base and VAT, State aid and the economic and financial crisis, a horizontal social clause, collective redress, and use of the EU budget, EIB and Structural Funds.
