## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on public access to documents for 2009-2010. The amendments invoke the Lisbon Treaty, Article 15 TFEU and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, call for revising Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 to clarify exceptions and classification of documents, cite Court of Justice case-law including Sweden v Commission and Sweden and Turco v Council, and call on the Council to open its working groups and minutes to the public.
