## What the amendments focus on

Legislative dossier on the scheme of generalised tariff preferences (GSP), including the special incentive arrangement for sustainable development and good governance and the scheme for least-developed countries and regions. Amendments revise eligibility based on World Bank income classification and the Human Development Index, graduation phased over ten years, monitoring of international conventions, animal-welfare conditions, and roles for the Commission, civil society and trade unions in withdrawal procedures.
