## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns European standardisation. Amendments address the under-representation of SMEs, consumer, worker, environmental and social stakeholders in standardisation, cooperation between European and national standardisation bodies and the Commission, harmonised standards and technical specifications, the annual standardisation work programme and its link to the Europe 2020 strategy, standards for services, financing of standardisation, and advisory and examination procedures.
