## What the amendments focus on

The dossier aligns certain common commercial policy acts with the TFEU regarding Commission delegated and implementing powers. Amendments insert recitals and provisions conferring delegated powers under Article 290 TFEU and implementing powers under Regulation (EU) No 182/2011, set out advisory and examination committee procedures, surveillance and safeguard measures on imports including textile and steel products, and biannual reporting by the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council.
