## What the amendments focus on

A proposal concerning the EU/Central America Association Agreement. The amendments address the Agreement's aims of sustainable development, democracy, the rule of law, respect for human rights, social cohesion and regional integration, the human rights clause and a trade and sustainable development chapter, the EU's role as investor and donor, the precedence given to the trade component, and a Parliamentary Association Committee.
