## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns online dispute resolution for consumer disputes. Amendments revise recitals and provisions on creating an EU-level ODR platform as an interactive website, out-of-court resolution of cross-border online disputes between consumers and traders, ADR entities, ODR contact points and facilitators, translation functions, traders' information obligations, free-of-charge access, data protection, and the platform's link to the internal market and consumer confidence.
