## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns European social entrepreneurship funds (EuSEF). The amendments revise recitals and provisions defining EuSEFs and social undertakings, the minimum share of aggregate capital contributions to be invested in qualifying investments, the eligible instruments and qualifying portfolio undertakings, the social objective of providing goods or services to vulnerable or marginalised persons and using profits to achieve it, the responsibilities of fund managers, and supervision by competent authorities and ESMA.
