## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns a Protocol on the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union to the Czech Republic. Many amendments are deletions; the remaining ones address the proposed Treaty amendment to annex such a Protocol, the status of Protocol No 30 and its interpretation regarding Poland and the United Kingdom, the principle of equality before the law, and ratification by the Czech Parliament.
