## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns the situation of fundamental rights in the European Union (2010-2011). The amendments focus on Roma communities, national Roma integration strategies and collective expulsions, the rights of persons belonging to national or linguistic minorities, hate speech and stigmatisation, coercive sterilisations, and the founding values set out in Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union, citing UN, Council of Europe and Charter instruments.
