## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on trade and investment barriers. The amendments address investment liberalisation and protection of EU investors, performance requirements, Policy Coherence for Development under Article 208 TFEU, access to raw materials and 'conflict minerals' in Africa, export taxes and WTO rules, intellectual property and TRIPS flexibilities, GATS services liberalisation and public procurement, with emphasis on developing and least developed countries.
