## What the amendments focus on

The dossier amends the EP Rules of Procedure on a code of conduct for Members regarding financial interests and conflicts of interest. Amendments address declarations of financial interests, conflicts of interest and guiding principles of conduct, restrictions on gifts and on benefits, sanctions including removal from office or rapporteurships, declaration of outside remunerated activities, and limits on former Members engaging in lobbying.
