## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on a competitive digital single market with eGovernment as a spearhead. The amendments address the role of ICT and eGovernment in modernising public administration, the digital divide and digital literacy, interoperability and eSignature, broadband investment including the Connecting Europe Facility, security and data protection, reuse of public sector information, and cross-border accessible public services.
