## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative report on the impact of devolving the Commission's management of external assistance from headquarters to its delegations on aid delivery. The amendments draw on the Court of Auditors report, address budget support and dialogue with local beneficiaries, the EEAS and Heads of Delegation after the Lisbon Treaty, coordination with Member States' embassies, the European Development Fund and EU financial instruments, poverty focus, and Parliament's oversight.
