## What the amendments focus on

This decision concerns the 2010 discharge for the 8th, 9th and 10th European Development Funds. The amendments postpone or address granting the Commission discharge for the EDF budget, and repeatedly call for integrating ('budgetising') the EDF into the Union budget, citing the Cotonou Agreement.
