## What the amendments focus on

A decision on the 2010 discharge for the European Medicines Agency. Beyond numerous deletions, the amendments grant the Executive Director discharge and approve closure of the 2010 accounts, and note the Agency's responses to earlier-identified weaknesses, its multiannual procurement plan, carryovers and compliance with budgetary annuality, cancelled appropriations and transfers, and the reform of the fee-based payment system for services provided by Member States' authorities and the pharmaceutical sector.
