# Passenger rights in all transport modes

## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative dossier addresses passenger rights across all transport modes. Amendments call for more integrated provisions and a possible single regulation reducing fragmentation, stronger enforcement and sanctions, price transparency and bans on hidden charges and pre-ticked boxes, protection for passengers with reduced mobility, compensation for cancellations and delays, and intermodal ticketing.
